The Wisconsin Badgers and Marquette Golden Eagles have an extra day to get ready for their NCAA first-round games.
The #5 Badgers, who lost to the Purdue Boilermakers in the Big Ten Championship Game, will take on #12 James Madison on Friday evening in Brooklyn in the South Regional at 8:40 p.m.
#2 Marquette, who hopefully will have Tyler Kolek back for the tournament, faces off with #15 Western Kentucky on Friday at 1 p.m. in the South Regional. Kolek has missed the past six games with an oblique injury.
Wisconsin (22-13) will play James Madison for the first time in school history. On Sunday, the winner will take on #4 Duke or #13 Vermont.
Marquette (25-9) tied for second with Creighton in the Big East behind Connecticut.
