Blizzard roll Steamwheelers

The Green Bay Blizzard scored in every quarter and held onto its halftime lead in a 32-24 win over the Quad Cities Steamwheelers Saturday night in Moline, Ill.

The Blizzard scored the first three touchdowns of the game and led 20-3 heading into the final minutes of the second quarter. The Steamwheelers closed out the half and opened the third quarter with touchdowns but traded scores with the Blizzard the rest of the way to be denied the victory by their visitors.

The Blizzard's Skyler Perry scored three total touchdowns while throwing for 59 yards and running for another 67 yards. Jalyn Cagle made the most of his limited touches, rushing for two scores on four carries and 20 yards.

The Blizzard will be back in action on April 19th when they host the Sioux Falls Storm.
