Three area teams will begin their weekend with more softball on Saturday morning.

Sevastopol will be at home against Peshtigo for two games while Sturgeon Bay will do the same in the Green Bay area when they face NEW Lutheran for doubleheader. Southern Door's game will have Titletown vibes as well when they play Green Bay Southwest. All of the games begin at 11 a.m.

The Luxemburg-Casco softball team scored at least three runs in three of its innings Friday night to cruise past Wrightstown 12-2 in six innings.

The Algoma Wolves allowed just one hit across two games as they beat the visiting Gibraltar Vikings 12-0 and 24-0.
