The top performer for the Green Bay Packers Sunday afternoon, Mason Crosby, will be the Stone Harbor Red Zone guest tonight in Sturgeon Bay. The program begins at 5:15 PM with the Door County Destroyers being honored as the “WRLU Team of the Week.”
The Destroyers sent nine players to the Wisconsin Semi-Pro All-Star Game last weekend. After their inaugural season players and coaches will be interviewed live from inside the Stone Harbor Pub.
Be a part of the studio audience for this weekly free Packers talk show. Co-host Johnathan Franklin will be accompanied by the second all-time leading scorer of the Green Bay Packers, Mason Crosby. Crosby connected on a pair of field goals against the Giants yesterday including an outdoor franchise record 57-yarder.
Crosby also has the all-time longest Packers field goal. It was a 58-yarder in Minneapolis in October of 2011. One other aside about yesterday’s kick is that it was the longest field goal ever made against the New York Giants in their franchise’s rich history.
The two Packers will be joining the Stone Harbor Red Zone from 6:00 – 7:00 PM. Each will sign autographs, pose for pictures and sign give-a-way’s during our free and open to the public weekly radio sports talk show.
If you cannot attend, fans are encouraged to listen live on 104.1 FM WRLU or stream it at DoorCountyDailyNews.com under the listen on demand tab.
