The St. Louis Cardinals took another game from the Milwaukee Brewers Saturday, 7-2 at Miller Park.
Milwaukee has lost three straight games and is 5-4 in its final homestand this season. Overall the Brewers’ record at home is 36-44, the worst at Miller Park since 2004.
Cardinals starter Lance Lynn limited Milwaukee to one earned run on four hits in 6 1/3 innings, striking out seven.
The Brewers bullpen gave up five runs in the eighth inning and St. Louis didn’t look back.
Sunday is the Brewers last home game of the season. The first pitch goes out at 7:05.
