Packers Running Back Johnathan Franklin In Door County Tonight

The Witt Ford Red Zone with Johnathan Franklin returns to 104.1 FM WRLU tonight. Yesterday Franklin became the second Green Bay running back in 46 games for the Packers to rush for 100 or more yards in a game.  The Green Bay Packer talk show airs weekly from 5:15 – 6:00 PM. Each week we feature a different “WRLU Team of the Week”.

Tonight we will honor the Southern Door Eagles Football Team for their 26-20 win over Valders. It was first-year coach Dan McCarty’s first career victory as a head coach. The Eagle coaches, players and parents will be celebrated from 5:15– 6:00 PM at Witt Ford in Sturgeon Bay. The event is free and open to the public.

Starting at 6:00 PM, two Green Bay Packers guests will join us to interact with the high school football players. Rookie running back Johnathan Franklin will be joined by another special Green Bay Packers guest Monday until 7:00 PM. The players will be signing autographs, posing for pictures with adoring Packers fans and answering studio audience questions.
