The Packers and Bears have each seen super-star players fall to injury this season. The week’s first injury report was released by each franchise yesterday afternoon and a number of the rivalry’s top names will be held out of Monday’s contest.
The Bears confirmed yesterday that Jay Cutler will be out the predicted six weeks while Lance Briggs will sit four weeks. The Packers also heard from Clay Matthews that he still at least two weeks away from returning.
