Marie A. Hein, 96, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away at Door County Medical Center on Friday, Jan. 25, 2019. She was born in Jacksonport on April 28, 1922 to Fred and Gertrude (Ziemer) Erskine. On May 4, 1940 she married Stanley Hein Sr. who preceded her in death in 2007.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, FEBRUARY 8, 2019 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday, Feb. 8, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Forbes Funeral Home & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
