And Mike Gallagher wants to extend the never-ending "WAR ON TERROR" to China, so when is he going to demand that the military draft be reconstituted with no exemptions for the young adults of congress members, civilian contractor and those wealthy enough to attend college?

I'd suggest reading the latest report just out called our "STATE OF INSECURITY," and then ask how safe you feel.

From the Report linked that local news would never mention.

Over 20 years, the U.S. has spent more than $21 trillion on militarization, surveillance,
and repression — all in the name of security. These investments have shown us that
the U.S. has the capacity and political will to invest in our biggest priorities. But the
COVID-19 pandemic, the January 6 Capitol insurrection, wildfires raging in the West,
and even the fall of Afghanistan have shown us that these investments cannot buy us
safety. The next 20 years present an opportunity to reconsider where we need to rein-
vest for a better future.

ARE YOU KIDDING? with all the plaguerats running loose, and nobody doing anything about them, foreign "terrorists" are the LEAST of our worries right now! Foreign terrorists don't need to attack us, the "mah rights" morons are doing all the work for them.

JKF selected No, less safe

No, the country is back to the pre-9/11 mentality. Terror from any source is back on the table.

Steve selected No, less safe

Less Safe. We have a geriatric man suffering from dementia at the wheel now. The Pentagon is full of woke Generals. If the disaster from the Afghan pullout is any indication of the current administrations ability to process foreign intel, we are screwed.
