Marketing – Client Growth: CUSTOMER DELIVERY SPECIALIST
This is a new way to look at the old “sales job”. Your job is not just “Selling Ads”. You will be trained to learn what the client wants to accomplish and then create a plan that works for them. You will also have access to provide solutions with FIVE radio stations; plus, did we mention that you get to live, work, and play in beautiful Door County, WI? But there's even more growth with our digital products for the right motivated individual!  This position is fulltime and compensation includes a base, bonuses, and commission. 

In this position you will be responsible for:
-Building Client Relationships while helping those clients grow
-Creating Custom Marketing Proposals combining traditional broadcast assets with digital elements. 
-Being self-motivated and managing yourself
-Hitting your monthly sales goals
-Being highly organized and a team player
-Using our Digital Assets to Grow local businesses
-Making sure accounts are in good standing
-Commercial copywriting (training available)
-Sales Management position possible for the right candidate
-Strong communication skills

PART-TIME - Sports Broadcaster

NEW Radio Sports Network has an opening for an on-air sports announcer.  You will be calling Baseball, Football & Basketball. This is open to ALL ages! You will get paid to be part of the excitement of High School Sports and the world-famous Door County Baseball League. Please note that sports broadcast occur on the weekends and during the evenings, if you have conflicts with these timeframes then do not apply. We take the broadcasts serious but we take having fun even more serious! We have been to 5 state championships in the past 3 years, and countless regional and sectional championships. If you want to be a part of this, apply now. We are only looking for one additional broadcaster. 

In this position you will be responsible for: 

-Setting up and striking broadcast equipment

-Professionally broadcasting Football, Baseball & Basketball

-Reliable Transportation 

-Open availability week nights and weekends during the seasons

-Basic knowledge of Social Media

-Writing general recaps of attended broadcasts

Marketing - Traffic Assistant

NEW Radio, Inc. is expanding and we need someone to take on tasks that are considered fun for some and others would consider it not as enjoyable.  

What we need in an Marketing - Traffic Assistant:

-Working side-by-side with Management (Owner)

-Answering Emails in a timely Manner

-Creating Daily Commercial Logs for our 5 Radio Stations (“traffic”)

-Reconciliation of Commercial Logs

-Creating Proposals for New and Existing Clients

-Creating Sports Logs for Live Broadcasts

-Making sure accounts are in good standing

-Being self-motivated and managing yourself

-Updating Social Media Sites and basic updates to local websites.

-Entering and taking Payments (Credit Card/Check/ACH)

-Answering Phone Calls when at the Office

-Ability/Freedom to troubleshoot when needed during emergencies (nights/weekends)

-Opportunity for Full-Time if willing to take on additional responsibilities

You will have access to The WBA and RAB for training and resources. You will also have the use of the same marketing and sales training materials as the NEW Radio Customer Delivery Specialists. This is a part time position with very competitive hourly pay. Some of the work can be completed from home. Daily Hours can be determined but approximately 20-25 per week will be needed to complete the job requirements.
