You will be trained to learn what the client wants to accomplish and then create a plan that works for them. You will also have access to provide solutions with FIVE radio stations; plus, did we mention that you get to live, work, and play in beautiful Door County, WI? But there's even more growth with our digital products for the right motivated individual!  This position is fulltime and compensation includes a base, bonuses, and commission. 

In this position you will be responsible for:
-Building Client Relationships while helping those clients grow
-Creating Custom Marketing Proposals combining traditional broadcast assets with digital elements. 
-Being self-motivated and managing yourself
-Hitting your monthly sales goals
-Being highly organized and a team player
-Using our Digital Assets to Grow local businesses
-Making sure accounts are in good standing
-Commercial copywriting (training available)
-Sales Management position possible for the right candidate
-Strong communication skills
