If you have a strong understanding of the “digital world” or if you are a fast learner and want to have unlimited earning potential, NEW Radio Digital has a place on the team for you! We are a full service marketing company and your focus would be everything digital from Geo-Targeted display ads, Geo-Fencing and SEO all the way to selling audio/video into major podcasts and OTT platforms.  You will also have access to provide solutions with FIVE radio stations; plus, you get to live, work, and play in beautiful Door County, WI, but there's even more growth with our digital products for the right motivated individual!  This position is fulltime and extends past just “selling ads”.   You will be tasked with helping local businesses grow with your knowledge of digital products, radio, and social media plus local sports. Experience is not necessary, only passion and excitement to help our Client and community grow. This is not a punch in and punch out job. The harder you are willing to work, the more money you will make.

In this position you will be responsible for:

-Building Client Relationships while helping those local clients grow

-Creating Custom Digital Marketing Proposals and combining with traditional broadcast assets.

-Hitting your monthly sales goals while using our Digital Assets

-Being highly organized and a team player

-Making sure accounts are in good standing

-Being self-motivated and managing yourself

-Commercial production/copywriting (not required)

-Strong communication skills are a must
