Robert "Bob" Neuville Sr.
Robert J. Neuville Sr., 74, of Brussels passed away suddenly at Door County Memorial Hospital on April 2, 2026. He was born on January 3, 1952, to Clifford and Esther (Willems) Neuville. Bob served his country in the United States Air Force from 1972 until his retirement in 1992. He was a proud patriot and veteran. He was well known for his numerous years of officiating all sports in the area and enjoyed his many years on the courts and fields. He also enjoyed playing cards and following professional sports. If he wasn’t officiating, he would be found attending one of his grand kids’ sporting events. Bob will be remembered for his “gift of gab” and his ability to talk with everyone wherever he went. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife and family. Survivors include his wife Sandra; children, Shawn (Mary), Robert, Jr. (Lauren), Patrick (Casandra), Nicholas (Allie); ten grandchildren, Courtney, Hannah, Christine, Grace, Emily, Owen, Austin, Aden, Blake and Mackenzie; mother-in-law, Pauline Pigeon; his siblings, Janice (Gerald) Englebert and Richard (Glorianne) Neuville; in-laws, Christine (Gary) Englebert, Janet Jandrin, Linda LaLuzerne, Dean Pigeon, Keith (Darlene) Pigeon, Dennis (Kim) Pigeon, John (Leigh) Pigeon; Bruce (Kim) Pigeon, Julie (Brian) Engebose, Lisa (Galen) Baudhuin; many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Patrick, father in-law Marvin Pigeon and brother-in-law Gary Jandrin. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, April 10, 2026, at St. Louis Church in Dyckesville. Burial will be in St. Francis Xavier Church in Brussels. Visitation for family and friends will be at the Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 and at the church on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of mass. A prayer service is scheduled for 7:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral Home.
