Tina Ostrand

Tina M. Ostrand, age 66, of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, passed away on January 24, 2026, following a long illness, with her longtime partner of 31 years, Jeff Lautenbach, by her side.

Tina was born in Sturgeon Bay, WI, to Matthias and Elizabeth (Anschutz) Ostrand. She graduated from Gibraltar High School in 1977. She devoted her working years to the service and hospitality industry, where she was known for her dedication and her ability to connect with others. Through her work, she formed many lasting friendships. She enjoyed baking and cooking for her family and was a lifelong fan of Elvis Presley.

Above all, she loved her family and valued time spent with her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Matthias and Elizabeth Ostrand; her sisters, Laurie Ann Ostrand, Tammy Lynn Ostrand and Deborah Bittorf. Tina is survived by her devoted partner, Jeff Lautenbach; her children, Cheryl (Mitch) of California, Christopher (Kristina) of Windsor, and Jonathan of Manitowoc; and her four grandchildren, Alex, Asher, Grace and Charlie. She is further survived by her brothers, Michael Ostrand and Andrew (Linda) Ostrand; her sister, Nancy (Mark) Bogenschutz; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 4167 Juddville Road, Fish Creek, WI 54212, beginning at 10 am with the funeral service at 11 am. Burial will follow in the church cemetery, and a luncheon will be held at the church thereafter.

The family extends their sincere gratitude to those who offered care, support and kindness during Tina’s illness and passing. Forbes Funeral Home is assisting the family.
