Some tap lines are running dry at Sonny’s Italian Kitchen in Sturgeon Bay thanks to the popularity of its Bridge Up Brewing Company. Brewmaster Trent Snyder saw the first of his beers poured at the end of January, rotating through a variety of different brews. Sonny’s Italian Kitchen owner Jason Estes told DoorCountyDailyNews.com’s Nick Freimuth that less than two months into the venture, they may already have to upgrade its current brewing system.
Snyder says he brews two to three days a week to keep up with the demand for the trio of beers currently on tap and the future kegging of an Irish red ale for St. Patrick’s Day.
