Live performance of women's suffrage movement

A live performance about the women's suffrage movement highlights an event at Sevastopol School on Thursday. The performance is called "Susan & Elizabeth: A Friendship of Consequence" and it takes a look at the lives and relationship of Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton. It will be performed by Susan Kohout playing Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Chris Milton as Susan B. Anthony. Kohout says the performance is a look behind the scenes of women's suffrage movement of the early 1900s.



The performance will be at 4:30 on Thursday, April 25th. It will be followed by Sevastopol third graders putting on a living wax museum, where they dress up as historical figures. Both the performance and the wax museum are free and open to the public.
