Dr. Kay Thieryl, Director of ThedaCare Lifestyle Medicine, will share more about that concept at a presentation in Sister Bay entitled “Be Healthy at Any Age: The Power of Lifestyle Medicine”. Dr. Thieryl says that's possible when individuals get into their personal “blue zone”, which refers to areas worldwide where people are living long lives through simple lifestyle choices.
Dr. Thieryl's “Be Healthy at Any Age: The Power of Lifestyle Medicine” presentation will take place on May 19th at 4:00 PM at First Baptist Church on South Bayshore Drive in Sister Bay.
