Students in Kewaunee County get an opportunity to learn about their government next week. Kewaunee County is hosting the 55th annual Youth Government Day. High School students at Algoma, Kewaunee and Luxemburg-Casco will visit the Kewaunee County Courthouse, Sheriff’s Department and Administration Center. They will meet elected officials from all parts of the Kewaunee County government. A mock trial will also be put on for the students. Kewaunee County Clerk Jamie Annoye says the students are excited about the opportunity.
