The Northern Door YMCA has a summer program to keep your kids active and healthy. Summit Strength and Conditioning is a program that will teach your child the right techniques to avoid injuries and get better performance in sports. Nick Lee is the YMCA Youth and Wellness Coordinator and he teaches the Summit program. Lee says he loves teaching and having his training techniques be understood by the participants.
Summit Strength and Conditioning is a nine-week course for three days a week. It starts on June 10th and goes until August 9th. The cost is $157.50 for YMCA members and $242 for everyone else.
