An ensemble of area singers will be performing twice next month while celebrating their 40th anniversary year. The Peninsula Singers, a non-profit self-supported organization, will perform under the direction of Janet Anderson and Mary Hall. Member Jeanne Barnard says the spring concert on Saturday, May 18th will be held at the United Methodist Church in Sturgeon Bay and starts at 6:30 pm. She says the performance will offer a wide range of music for all to enjoy.
The Peninsula Singers will also perform their spring concert on Sunday, May 19 at 3 pm at Shepherd of the Bay Lutheran Church in Ellison Bay. There is no charge for the concerts but a free-will offering is appreciated, according to Barnard.
