Adopt-A-Soldier Door County, Habitat for Humanity, and the Coast Guard were back at the residence of Door County veteran Frank Lautenbach Tuesday and Wednesday this week for phase two of a porch restoration project. President Nancy Hutchinson says the rebuild is going smoothly. The original porch was torn out in August. She wants to leverage the existing relationships into more projects. Wartella is a familiar face and Hutchinson says they maintain a close working relationship following her promotion.
