The Door County Economic Development Corporation is looking to aid county-wide broadband internet with help from a full-time grant writer.  DCEDC will partner with Northeast Wisconsin Technical College to bring in someone who's well skilled in the application process.  DCEDC Executive Director Jim Schuessler believes a grant writer can make the difference for the project with a tight deadline ahead.

Schuessler says in addition to having a full-time grant writer the effort to bring county-wide broadband could be aided by a pair of area broadband and telecom companies.
