Costumes add color to Sturgeon Bay

Thrills on Third turned Sturgeon Bay into a Halloween Town that Tim Burton would be proud of. Earlier this week, Customer Relations Manager Erin Helgeson stopped by the station to talk about what makes Thrills on Third a fun time.

At 10 AM, Third Avenue was closed down for the costume parade through downtown to Martin Park. Once at the park, the finalists in the Quantum PC costume contest were announced. One dog and three children were recognized for their outstanding costumes. Activities continued throughout the afternoon. Video of the parade is posted at the Door County Daily News.com Facebook page.
