The potential for bad weather has cancelled Halloween in other parts of the country already. Several municipalities in New Hampshire have rescheduled for Saturday. There is the threat of significant snowfall tomorrow night locally with forecasts varying from a dusting to as much as 4-8 inches. The forecasts calling for heavy snow have it rolling in after trick-or-treating hours so all events are expected to go on as planned.
