Local public health officials continue to work through the backlog of pending COVID-19 cases as Kewaunee County saw four additional cases of COVID-19 added to their workload on Thursday.  Door County Public Health officials disclosed no new positive cases while receiving 45 more test results on Thursday.  Pending cases in Door County dropped below 200 for the first time in several weeks and actives remained at only four.  Kewaunee County noted two more recoveries from the coronavirus and 20 total active cases with pending cases dropping to 103 in Kewaunee County.  On Thursday, Wisconsin saw a spike of new cases and the positive testing rate compared to Wednesday.
