Local public health officials continue to encourage the wearing of face coverings and social distancing as COVID-19 cases spiked in the area over the weekend. Door County Public Health officials disclosed six new positive tests since Friday with three new recoveries and 12 remaining active cases. That brings total cases to 133. Kewaunee County noted three more positive tests for a total of 142 with eight more recoveries and 10 cases remaining active.
