Door County Public Health reported the eighth death of COVID-19 in the county on Friday.  The death is the fifth one reported this week after several months without a fatality.   Door County also added 25 new coronavirus cases.  The positivity rate of the test results was just over 20 percent with no new hospitalizations noted. 

Kewaunee County reported another 36 positive tests on Friday with 17 more recoveries.  Active cases rose to 121.   Kewaunee County added one new hospitalization raising that number to four.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported that the state added over 5,000 confirmed positive tests of COVID-19.  Hospitalizations increased 142 with 24 additional deaths in Wisconsin on Friday.
