At approximately 2 AM on Sunday morning a raccoon caused the Michigan St. substation to go offline which caused power outages in the Sturgeon Bay area. The power was restored around 3:30 AM for most residents. The Michigan Street station is expected to be up and operational Sunday morning after wildlife protection installation.
