You’ll have to wait another week to get some nighttime shopping in at Sturgeon Bay’s Under the Stars Night Market. Due to forecasted severe storms on Saturday evening, Destination Sturgeon Bay canceled the event for this week. The plan is to be back for the night market next Saturday, August 7th. Saturday evening’s forecast from the National Weather Service as of Saturday morning calls for showers and thunderstorms likely before 11:00 PM. The storms may produce heavy rainfall. Patchy fog between 10:00 PM and midnight on Saturday is also in the forecast, and possible precipitation amounts for Saturday night are currently between a quarter and half of an inch.
