Wellness being redefined by shoppers

The commitment you may have shown for better health through performance nutrition products has gained momentum during the pandemic with no real end in sight.
Chris Seidl of Pharmhouse Café & Market in Luxemburg says she has noticed more customers inquiring about nutritional information and healthier foods than ever before.  She says supplements can be helpful, but choosing the right natural foods to eat is the most beneficial part of a diet that can make a difference.

 

 

Seidl says a better nutritional diet requires removing the “bad” foods, besides eating more natural and organic products.  By making good choices of eliminating toxins from your body with some processed foods, you can net tangible healthy results within four months of committing.
