You may know someone struggling with dementia, but what you might not know is what they have to go through on a daily basis. The disease is difficult to understand for those who do not deal with it personally, and tough to talk about with those that may have the disease. The virtual dementia tour is a program that is designed to allow caregivers a chance to experience what having dementia is like, to help them better understand the people they may be taking care of.
