A Sturgeon Bay woman is missing and authorities have issued a Silver Alert. Maynette Jutila, 71, was last seen about 4:30 pm Thursday on Lake Street in Two Rivers while driving to the Fox River Valley area. The Sturgeon Bay Police reported that Jutila was driving a 2008 silver Chevrolet HHR license plate APW1128. She is 5 feet two inches tall and weighs 128 pounds with blue eyes and gray or partially gray hair and was wearing sweatpants and an oversized t-shirt.
