Two Rivers authorities are trying to locate a missing 3-year-old boy. The Two Rivers Police Department issued a missing person report for the boy named Elijah, who was last seen in the 3900 block of Mishicot Road in Two Rivers at 8 a.m. Tuesday. He is described as having Hmong and white ethnicity with dark blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing gray pants, a long-sleeved dark shirt, and red and green dinosaur shoes.
