A field of nine is now down to two for the Sevastopol School District superintendent position after the school board announced the finalists on Friday.
Leading Transormative Solutions LLC Curriculum and Strategic Planning Consultant Randi Anderson and Evansville Community School District Interim Superintendent Dr. Steve Lutzke will participate in the final round of interviews on June 5th when they tour the building, meet with a stakeholder team comprised of students, staff, administrators, parents, and community members, and speak with the Board of Education one final time before a decision is made.
Anderson’s career has primarily kept her in the upper Midwest. Before her current role, she was the superintendent of schools in Shawano, Wis., and Pelican Rapids, Minn.
Lutzke started his career in education in Texas before heading north to serve in administrative roles in Port Edwards, Evansville, and Orfordville, Wis.
The new superintendent will take office on July 1st, replacing Kyle Luedtke, who resigned earlier this year to take on the superintendent role at Frederic School District.
