A 33-year-old Fish Creek man was cited for operating while intoxicated and operating left of center after losing control of his car and striking a tree in Sister Bay on Friday night.
The crash occurred just before 8:20 p.m. at the intersection of South Bay Shore Drive and Fieldcrest Road. According to the crash report, the man was traveling south on South Bay Shore Drive and attempting to turn left onto Fieldcrest Road when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree.
Deputies later found him near Glen Lane, just south of the crash scene, and arrested him for OWI. He suffered a possible injury but did not require hospitalization.
