Residents and businesses living at the north end of Sister Bay, up to Northport, and east to North Bay will experience a planned power outage on Tuesday, October 6, from about 11:30pm, through the early morning of Wednesday, October 7, around 3:30am.

The Village and Town's electric service will be interrupted at the request of the American Transmission Company, while they upgrade their system to provide more reliable service to our area.

In the event of weather or other unforeseen delays, the service interruptions will take place Wednesday October 7 at approximately 11:30pm, through Thursday October, 8 at approximately 3:30am.

Please take the steps necessary to protect anyone who has a critical medical condition. You are encouraged to turn off any sensitive electronics such as computers, to open or close power garage doors as needed, and to protect your perishable food items.
