Installation of new water and sewer laterals are planned the Sunshine House property off of Jaycee Court. Construction is scheduled to begin Tuesday, October 20 at approximately 7:00 am. If all goes as planned, the street will be reopened by the end of the day on Thursday, Oct. 22.
Access will be maintained on Jaycee Court throughout the work from the West from N. 12th Avenue and from the North from Georgia Street.
The City is asking drivers to avoid this area if possible.
