Missy LeBelle, long time manager of the High Point Inn in Ephraim, was recognized for her tourism-supporting work as the 2026 annual Innkeeper of the Year Award.
The Innkeeper of the Year Award is a tradition of the Wisconsin Hotel and Lodging Association (WHLA) that recognizes an outstanding individual who exemplifies the hospitality industry in our state. LeBelle was presented with the award at the 2026 Wisconsin Lodging Conference on November 2 in Wisconsin Dells.
Serving for 17 years as General Manager of High Point Inn, Missy’s steady leadership has helped maintain a standout property with consistent guest-focused excellence.
Not only is the High Point Inn reknowned for its positive reputation and repeat visitors under Labelle's leadership, she's been involved with the Ephraim Business Council and Ephraim Historical Foundation; a commissioner on the Door County Tourism Zone Commission; collaborator on community projects, such as hosting the cast and crew of a Christmas movie filmed in Door County; and as dedicated support for local first responders as a member of the Door County Incident Support Team.
She serves as a WHLA Lodging Director, an active member on the WWIL Steering Committee, and serves on the WHLA Conference Committee.
