Today we had to say goodbye to our mother and grandma Evelyn She will be remembered by a lot of you from her years in their grocery store The Hilltop, her pie making at Hudson’s, she could make a mile high beautiful lemon meringue pie, customers would stop and ask if we still had grandma’s famous lemon or rhubarb pie. She could sew with the best of them, she made us award winning Halloween costumes. She was a woman way before her time, she always stood up for what she believed in. She was feisty but would give you the shirt off her back. She lived a good life and will be missed by many. Thank you everyone that always asked how she was doing and sent her well wishes. She will be in our hearts forever.
