Judith "Judy" Veronica Jonet

Judith “Judy” Veronica Jonet, 73, Green Bay, passed away Tuesday evening, June 22, 2021.

She was born in the Town of Red River on January 11, 1948, to the late Alvin H. and Veronica M. (Hallet) Jonet.

From birth, Judy lived life through her sparkling heart.  She loved going on outings, being treated like a Princess and getting her hair and nails done, shopping, bowling (earning many trophies), swimming, taking part in Special Olympics, spending time at the CP Center, and making an appearance on the CP telethon.  Judy will be best remembered for her purse full of playing cards, her cell phone and books.  It rarely left her site!

Survivors include one brother, Jerry (Linda) Jonet; two sisters, Jane (Randy) Frisque, Janice (Dennis) Rodrian; one nephew, Jeremy Jonet; five nieces, Kathy (Eric) Nelson, Becky (Jens) Jacobson, Rachelle (Rick) Karman, Renee (fiancé Tom Brumlic) Jonet, Rachael Bray; many great nieces and great nephews; her special friend, Martha; aunts, uncles and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; one infant sister, Veronica Jonet; many aunts and uncles and her grandparents.

The Jonet Family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of the CP Center, Curative Connections Innovative-Day Services and Lakeland Care.

Our deep appreciation as well to Bufflehead CBRF, manager Amy Masemore, and staff: Rachal, Enjoli, Tina, Jackie, Shannon, JoAnn and Angel, for your love, care and comfort offered Judy.  You are very special people and we will never forget what you have done for our Sister.  Thank you to Unity Hospice for care and concern offered to our Sister, especially Lance and all the weekend nurses.

Friends may call at the Shrine of The Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay, between 10:00 and 11:45 am on Monday, June 28, 2021.

Funeral service will be held at Noon on Monday with Rev. Edward Looney officiating.  Entombment will follow.
