October 1, 1924 – January 20, 2022
Emil L. Jandrin, 97, Casco, passed away on January 20, 2022. He was born
on October 1, 1924 to the late Emil and Lucy (Pinchart) Jandrin Sr. On
October 24, 1944 he married June E. Bouche, she preceded him in death on
October 31, 2002. Emil was a farmer for many years and also worked for
the Algoma Hardwoods. He enjoyed wood crafts, playing cards, dancing,
and taking his beloved dog Jack for walks with the garden tractor. He
enjoyed visiting with family and friends, really anyone he met. He was a very
loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and he will be missed by
everyone.
Emil is survived by his children, Bonnie (Harold) Koenig of Luxemburg, Barbara Thompson of Kewaunee, Sue (Pat) Thompson of Kewaunee; 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren; son-in-law, Tom DeMeuse, and brother-in-law, Howard Renard. He was preceded in death by his wife June; daughter, Bertha DeMeuse; parents, Emil and Lucy Jandrin; 2 brothers, 6 sisters; as well as by his mother- father- brothers- and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be held at Kinnard Funeral and Cremation Service, Casco (formally Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home) on Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 3 to 7 p.m. Prayer service will take place at 6:45. Visitation will continue Friday, January 28, 2022, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Lincoln, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Fr.
