Patricia "Patti" M. Dorner

Patricia “Patti” M. Dorner, 67, Luxemburg, died Wednesday evening, October 5, 2022, following a short battle with cancer.

She was born in Green Bay on November 28, 1954, to the late Lloyd E. and Evelyn C. (Vandenbush) Denis.

On August 30, 2003, Patti married Samuel “Sam” J. Dorner at the West Side Moravian Church, Green Bay.

Patti was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, the Brewers, the color pink and playing the slot machines.  She loved to collect ballerina statues and Nativity Sets, genuinely enjoying the Christmas Season.

She loved to cook and bake, sharing her delights with family and friends, especially her cheesy potato recipe.

Patti participated in many tractor pulls within the area.  She was formerly employed with the Bank of Luxemburg, Augie’s, and the Rendezvous, also of the area.

Her faith was strong, she read the Bible daily.

Survivors include her two sons, Matthew Maronek, Nicholas Maronek; two stepsons, Tyler (Ashley) Dorner, Cody (Joua) Dorner; her husband, Sam Dorner; four sisters, two brothers and spouses; other relatives further survive.

Patti was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Evelyn Denis.

Friends may call between 11:00 am and 12:45 pm at the Shrine of The Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay, on Monday, October 10, 2022. Funeral service 1:00 pm with Rev. Carl Brewer officiating.

Entombment to follow.
