Paul G. Seidl

Paul G. Seidl, 63, DePere, died peacefully late Thursday evening November 10, 2022.  He was born September 21, 1959, to Muriel (Dalebroux) Seidl and the late Harold Seidl.  He attended St. Mary Elementary School in Luxemburg and graduated from Luxemburg-Casco High School in 1977, where he participated in football and wrestling.  He graduated from UW-Madison in 1988 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  Paul was employed at Durr Megtec, DePere, for many years where he enjoyed his many travels around the world.  His favorite places to travel included Germany and France.  He will be greatly missed by his family, especially his sense of humor at holiday gatherings.

 

Survivors include his mother Muriel Seidl, Luxemburg; his four brothers, Russ (Ann) Seidl, Green Bay; Andy Seidl, Green Bay; Mark Seidl, Mishicot; Alan Seidl, Luxemburg; one sister Ann Seidl, Eau Claire; two nieces, Elizabeth (Kurtis) Larson and Lauren (Garrett) Johnson; three nephews, Austin, Mitchel and Parker Abts; one great nephew Spencer and two great nieces, Samantha and Lucy.

 

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Harold Seidl; his paternal and maternal grandparents.

 

Friends may call between 12:30 and 2:45 pm on Friday, November 18, 2022, at St. Mary Church, 1412 Main Street, Luxemburg, WI, 54217.  Funeral 3:00 pm at the church with Rev. Daniel Schuster officiating.  Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Luxemburg.

The family would like to extend a thank you to Rev. Daniel Schuster for his care and assistance. A special thank you to Paul’s brother and his wife Ann.  They opened their home to Paul whenever he needed assistance, took him to appointments and provided great care.
