Marian S. Lischka, 95, of Kewaunee, passed away at home with her family by her
side, on January 7, 2023. Marian was born on November 19, 1927, to the late
Victor and Anna (Borreson) Derricks. On November 6, 1948, she married Harry
Lischka, he preceded her in death on October 17, 2000. Marian lived a life of
service to her family. She is a mother of six and a wife of a carpenter and property
manager. Marian was always there to do all the things needed to be done around
the house or at their lakeshore property “The Cottages.”
Marian is survived by children, Kathy Lischka, Jeanne (Dave) Mielke, Lorri (Rick)
Siebold, Shelly (Tom) Becker, Jeff (Alyson) Lischka, Terri (Jerry Cox) Lischka; grandchildren, Nathan (Jenny) Mielke, Heather (Chad) Martin, Megan Mielke, Josh Siebold, Jordan (special friend Cami) Siebold, and Evan Lischka; great-grandchildren, Lucas, Kaylyn, and Blake Martin, Paul and Ben Mielke; as well as by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her Husband Harry; parents, Victor and Anna Derricks; five brothers and sisters-in-law, one sister and brother-in-law; as well as by brothers- and sisters-in
law from Harry’s family.
Visitation will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Church – Kewaunee from 9:00-10:30 on Saturday, January 14, 2023. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 am with Msgr. Jim Dillenberg officiating. Burial to follow at Riverview Cemetery. Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services – Kewaunee is assisting the family.
