Stephen "Steve" Pinchart

Stephen "Steve" Pinchart, 70, Algoma, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Odd Fellows Nursing Home.  He was born June 18, 1952 in Algoma to William and Elizabeth (Lardo) Pinchart.
Steve graduated from St. Mary Grade School and Algoma High School in 1970.  He attended one year at NWTC for carpentry.
He married Linda LeCloux on April 27, 1974 at St. Hubert's Catholic Church in Rosiere.
Steve worked for a couple of small businesses before starting at Van's Lumber where he worked for 37 years.  He retired from Van's in 2009 and started his own carpentry business for five years.  During that time he also worked for Prefinished Siding Co. in Suamico.
He enjoyed playing dartball, spending time with his cats, but his biggest joy was making
things out of wood.
Steve is survived by his wife Linda, brother Scott (Sharon), Forestville; nephew Corey (Michelle) Pinchart, West DePere; great nephew and niece Blake and Brooklyn; Aunt Janice Lehnert, Algoma; Uncle Lloyd (Ella) Pinchart, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Gabe (Carol) LeCloux, Carol (Vernon) Berger, Wayne (Barb) LeCloux, Jim Zak, Mary LeCloux and Rick LeCloux; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, in-laws Elmer and Mable LeCloux, sister-in-law Ruth Zak, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Elmer LeCloux Jr., and Ken (Sharyl) LeCloux.
A public visitation will take place at the Schinderle Funeral Home, Algoma,  Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 1:00 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 3:00 PM with Ken Kinstetter officiating.
The family wants to give a special thank you to the doctors and staff at Odd Fellows and Aurora Hospice for all the care and kindness given to Steve during his stay there.
