June Y. Treml, 85, Luxemburg, passed away Thursday morning, June 1, 2023. She was born in Green Bay on June 14, 1937, to the late Samuel A. and Gertrude J. (Fuchs) Eckstein, one of five daughters. On April 14, 1956, June and Anton J. Treml were united in marriage at St. Joseph Church, DePere. She worked along with her husband on their dairy farm. Her enjoyments included gardening, cooking, canning, sewing, doing puzzles, dancing, and spending time with family.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Anton; their children, Joe (Sheila) Treml, Don (Joyce) Treml, Debby (Tom) Collard, Jean (Tim) Bartkowiak, Jerry (Lori) Treml, Patty (Kevin) Kabacinski; 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; one sister, Jan Thelen; one brother in law and two sisters in law, Bob (June) Treml, Peggy Theys.
June was preceded in death by one infant son, Johnny; and many other members of the Eckstein and Treml Families.
Friends may call at St. Mary Catholic Church, Luxemburg, 9:00 to 10:45 am, Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Funeral 11:00 am, Wednesday, at the church with Rev. Daniel Schuster officiating. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Luxemburg.
