Obituaries

William J. Renier

William “Bill” J. Renier, 62, of Luxemburg, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 16, 2023.  He was born in Green Bay to the late Elmer J. and Marie F. (Vandervest) Renier on August 10, 1960.  He was a 1978 graduate of Luxemburg-Casco High School.  On May 19, 1990, he married Rebecca M. Williquette at Our Lady of Good Help Chapel in Robinsonville.  She preceded him in death May 4, 2021. Together they owned and operated Still Willies Bar in Thiry Daems.  He was currently employed with Machine Service of Green Bay. Bill lived his life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. To know him was to love him!

Survivors include his children, Angie (Phil) Koebe, Beau (Jenni) Renier, Haley Renier; six grandchildren, Jaxon, Delilah, Waylon, Jude, Vanessa and Walt; five siblings, Julie Deprey, Cathy (Larry) Dart, Patty (Rob) Jacques, John (Julie) Renier, Dan (Renae) Renier; one sister in law, Diane (Lyle) LaLuzerne; his special friend, Sara; many nieces and nephews further survive.

Bill was preceded in death by, his wife; his parents; one brother in law, Dave Deprey; one sister in law, Chris Renier; his father in law and mother in law, Bob and Donna Williquette.

Friends may call between 9:00 and 10:45 am on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at St. Joseph Church, Champion.  Funeral 11:00 am on Saturday at the church with Rev. Carlo Villaluz officiating.  Entombment in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
