Darrell M. Jorgensen, 62, a lifelong resident of Algoma, passed away February 12, 2025, at Kewaunee Health Services. He was born on August 31, 1962, in Algoma to Dale and Elizabeth (Libbie) Jorgensen. Darrell was a self-employed handy man who painted many local buildings in the business district. He was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast, and proud member of the Road Rebels Motorcycle Club. He just received his 15-year membership pin with the Road Rebels. Darrell is survived by his father, Dale; brothers, Dale Jr. (Janet) Jorgensen, Kewaunee, Daniel Jorgensen and David Jorgensen, both of Algoma; sister, Debra (Kenneth) Pallex, Algoma; as well as his best friend, Jacque; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth; his stepmother, Joyce Kirchman; and infant sister, Diane. The family would like to say Thank You to Kewaunee Health Service and Unity Hospice for the excellent care. They would also like to give a heartfelt Thank You to Cindy Hendries for the many trips to doctors’ appointments, and the loving care given to Darrell for many years.
