Carol Hilsabeck, 70, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on Sept. 1, 2025, at Patient Pines Assisted Living in Green Bay. She was born Sept. 27, 1954, in Sturgeon Bay to Joyce (DeMeuse) and David Hilsabeck. Carol enjoyed bingo, crafting, visiting with friends and going out to eat. She is survived by 5 siblings: Martin (Erin) Hilsabeck, Paul (Sandy) Hilsabeck, Judy Shepherd (David), Donna Hilsabeck, Cheryl Hilsabeck (Tim) and 22 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Darrel. At Carol’s request, there will be no services.
