Sharon R. Zeisler, 75, of Fish Creek, passed away Wednesday evening, September 23, 2026 at St. Vincent Hopsital, Green Bay. She was born on December 16, 1950, daughter of the late Roger and Jean (Crawford) Sampson. Sharon was a graduate of Postville, High School with the class of 1968. She attended the University of Northern Iowa for her undergrad studies and received a master’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2008 she married her husband, Byron Zeisler. Sharon was employed as a Spanish teacher in the Mukwonago School District for many years before moving to Door County. Recently she had been teaching Spanish online in virtual schools. Sharon was a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood and the Sister Bay Quilters. She was preceded in death by her parents: Roger and Jean (Crawford) Sampson; and her sister: Shirley Foels. She is survived by her loving husband: Byron Zeisler., A visitation for Sharon will be held on Monday afternoon, September 28, 2026 at the Forbes Funeral Home, 319 W Spruce St. Sturgeon Bay from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Frankville Community Presbyterian Church in Frankville, Iowa with burial to take place in the Frankville Cemetery.
