With the winter sports season still warming up, the weekend slate for area high schools is relatively light.
On Friday, the Algoma girls basketball team will head to Green Bay West while Sevastopol hosts NEW Lutheran. Both games start at 7:30 p.m. The Algoma boys basketball team will visit Reedsville for a varsity scrimmage beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Saturday afternoon Southern Door will scrimmage with seven other schools at Green Bay East in boys’ basketball. Luxemburg-Casco will look to bounce back after their Thursday night loss to Bay Port with a 7 p.m. at Ashwaubenon.
